Since "Anger" is an emotion, we are offering anger management sessions on learning how to deal with and control anger. The anger management sessions are scheduled to run for 12 weeks. Upon successful completion of the program candidates will be issued a Certificate of Completion recognizing their efforts. Week 2 - Recognizing and becoming aware of anger signs
Week 3 - How your body responds to anger
Week 4 - Other emotions that cause anger
Week 5 - Learning relaxation techniques and how to manage anger
Week 6 - Learning self-talk
Week 7- Making anger management personal to you
Week 8 - Understanding Passive and Aggressive behavior
Week 9 - Developing communication skills that are essential in anger management
Week 10 - Understanding boundaries and the importance of setting boundaries
Week 11 - Discuss anger management log (your personal journal)
Week 12 - Putting it all together - closing
